1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Insyra Analytics (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Insyra Analytics is a web-based data analytics platform that allows users to upload datasets (CSV, Excel, PDF), generate statistics, visualizations, and AI-powered insights. The Service is designed for small businesses and nonprofit organizations.

3. Account & Access

• You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service.
• Access is granted on an approval basis. You may request access, and we will review your request within 24 hours.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your session or credentials.
• We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason.

4. Your Data

• You own your data. Uploading data to Insyra does not transfer ownership. We do not claim any rights over your uploaded files or the insights generated from them.
• You are responsible for your data. Do not upload data you are not authorized to share. Do not upload data that contains sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, health records, financial account numbers) unless you have the legal right to process that data.
• AI processing. Portions of your data are sent to third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) to generate insights. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is shared and with whom.
• Deletion. You may delete your files at any time. You may request full account deletion by contacting us at info@insyra.io.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to process data in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.
• Abuse API endpoints (excessive automated requests, scraping, denial-of-service attempts).
• Upload malicious files or attempt to execute code through data uploads.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate insights, recommendations, statistical explanations, A/B test ideas, and calculated columns. This content is provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You should verify AI outputs before making business decisions based on them. We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insyra Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of Insyra Analytics.
• Your uploaded data remains your property.
• Insights and outputs generated from your data are yours to use however you see fit.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
