Your data is yours. We don't sell it, we don't share it across accounts, and we don't use it to train AI models. You can delete everything at any time.
What We Collect
Your name and email (via Google sign-in), the files you upload (CSV, Excel, PDF), and anonymized usage data via Google Analytics.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide analysis. To power AI features, portions of your data (column names, sample rows, and your questions) are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.
For statistical computation, your data is sent to our Python API hosted on Render. This service processes data in memory and does not store it after the request completes.

Security
Files are stored in Firebase Storage, encrypted at rest. All data in transit uses HTTPS. Your files are isolated to your account — no other user can access them. We use a single secure, HTTP-only session cookie for authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention & Deletion
Your files are automatically deleted after 7 days, or sooner if you delete them manually. Data sent to our Python API is not stored after processing. You can delete individual files from the dashboard, or email info@insyra.io to delete your entire account and all associated data.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you via email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident. The notification will include what happened, what data was affected, and what steps we are taking in response.
